The stockings are hung, the tree is up, Christmas is coming! :)

Things are starting to finally look like Christmas around our house. :) We love this time of year and are excited it is here!

We spent the weekend vegging out and doing Christmas-y things like baking, decorating cookies, listening to Christmas music, and watching some Fa-la-la-la lifetime! :) Hope everyone is ready for a wonderful holiday season!

Tatum ventured out in the 20 degree weather! BRRR
Ready for a fun-filled day of decorating!
Got my apron on!
Our tiny little tree. Since we are going to Phoenix (code for WARM) for Christmas, we decided to go small-scale this year and decorate some trees I had for "decor."

Let it snow, Let it snow, Let it snoooow.

It's been a while, I know. I probably should put photos of us in Vegas, but frankly, they are toodirty to post! :) Well, I guess I will attach some to this anyway for all you dirty-viewers.

Vegas was amazing and so much fun. Tatum stayed with Nana & Papa so Mama Jill & Daddy Ryan got buck wild and had a fun time!

This weekend it snowed...Tatum just had to go outside and play in it! :)

This week should be interesting...Ryan has jury duty (ha! ha!) which means I get FREE PARKING at the courthouse (BOOOYAH!) And Friday the 20th I should know a little more about the security (or lack thereof) of my jobby-job.

Pumpkins, Ponies, & Picking (Apples)

We had a wonderful weekend! Saturday was spent around the house and enjoying each other's company. Sunday we headed to church, then had a nap & some football, and finished the day with Greenbluff! It is a pumpkin patch, ponies, apple picking, cider, caramel apples, and all kinds of fun in one place. :) We had a great time. It was very COLD, but we had the warmth of our good friends Sara, Brian & PJ with us! They are just spectacular, it's just too bad Sara & I didn't get a pic together so you could see how cute she is.

Tatum - too cold to smile I guess.

Walkin' For a Cure

We spent this morning walkin' 5 miles for a cure! We were taking part in the Diabetes Walk and walking to support Papa Jack and Godpapa Curtis, Jill's father and brother. What a fun time we had! It was a bit chilly though! :) But we toughed it out and had a great time.

Fall is Definitely Here!

Happy Fall! We have been spending some time indoors as it has been COLD outside. I am beginning to realize having a child inside this winter will be more challenging than last winter. :) We will be searching for entertainment ideas!!! Luckily, Grandma Gail gave us the Ladybug Reading Tent and Tatum LOVES it. It has been so fun already and will be the perfect winter toy. We brought it downstairs for now until I can get the play-area done. We are doing the Diabetes Walk tomorrow so I will have pictures soon to post. Enjoy the weekend!

It's been awhile...

I haven't updated in a while! After our trip to MT we spent some time relaxing and catching up around the house, and then last weekend we headed out again! Ryan to MT for a big manly weekend hunting and hanging out with the boys looking for elk. They found elk, but didn't bring a dead one home! Bummer - the freezer is empty! :)

Tatum & I spent the weekend in Cali at Nana GG's house while Papa was hunting with Ryan. We had a great time relaxing by the pool, drinking daquiris, hot-tubbing, and shopping! Talk about good quality girl time!!!

I also have a few pics from the week before when we went with Daddy hunting. We had a great time.

I will only say - DO NOT fly with a 13 month old alone, unless you have a bucket full of energy you can take beforehand! :)

Trip to Montana!

So, last weekend we took a little (BIG) trip to MT. It was Labor Day weekend, Kortney's wedding (my BFF since waaaaay back when), and Lindsey Nagle's wedding (Ryan's lovely cousin). So we had a few reasons to make the trek. We were a little concerned traveling with T-Bug as she does not like the car. So we decided to leave at 4 pm and travel through the night. WOW was that an interesting idea. :) We made it to Glendive at 4:30 am! The little Bug slept from about 8:30-arrival in the Dive with only a few wake-ups! :) And she did the same on the way home.

Good parts about the trip:
T-bug traveled well! :)
The family was wonderful to us having our beds ready and made, meals when our stomach's growled, and toys galore for Princess Tatum.
It was so amazing to spend some QT with family.
Ryan got to take Tatum to the farm TWICE. She loved the chickens!
The weddings went off without a hitch! (not really, there was a hitch, but not a bad kind.) :)
We got to see GREAT Friends, including Uncle Eric & Heather. Tatum loved meeting Uncle Eric.

Bad parts about the trip:
Mama & Daddy were exhausted from traveling that far through the nights.
We all had bronchitis and we all got the flu within 2 days of each other.
We passed said flu on to other family members. BOO.

All in all, a wonderful time. Pics to follow.

Oh, did I mention Princess Tatum Bug is sleeping SO MUCH better lately? Just had to brag.

Loves.

Just Life

Well, what a weekend. We have been packing like crazy to take our long trip to the Dive for Kort's wedding. We are getting excited for the trip! The luggage thing is on the car, the suitcases are pretty much packed, diapers washed, and the house & P-man sitters are lined up! :)

I spent Saturday morning with Sara & her lovely little dude PJ at Mobius Kid's Museum. We had a good time and the kids had fun bouncing off the ground. :) Thanks, Sara, for getting us out and about!

Hope you enjoy the pics as much as we do. :) We will post lots of MT pics very soon.
